Client Success Specialist

Laura lives and works on Bidjigal country and is Client Success Specialist at Muru.

With over 25 years of experience across customer service, administration, and government organisations including NSW Health, Laura brings a highly organised and dependable approach to her role. She works closely with the account management team to ensure partnerships are delivered consistently, with a strong focus on coordination, follow-through, and maintaining clear visibility across key activities and commitments.

Laura is known for her attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to keep things moving behind the scenes without friction. She plays an important role in ensuring the Muru experience remains seamless and low-effort for customers, helping translate strategy into consistent, day-to-day delivery.

In recent years, Laura has also developed a passion for social media and digital marketing, supporting how Muru communicates its partnerships, the value it creates, and the broader impact it contributes to across Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys travel, spending time at the beach with her family, and watching her beloved South Sydney Rabbitohs—which makes for an interesting family dynamic given Mitchell is a Parramatta Eels supporter, and plenty of crossover between home and work conversations.
